My Story:
♥️ Courtesy Post ♥️ This is Kippy. This special guy was relinquished to a vet hospital after being brought in for euthanasia due to his condition. He was unable to walk and was extremely fractious. After being sedated and all hair and mats removed he was able to hobble/wobble. He was obese and needed to lose significant weight. It is time for Kipp to find his new forever home with a patient and understanding family that can give him the time, attention and training that he needs. Although Kippy has really come out of his shell and enjoys the staff at the hospital, they still are not sure how he will be in different situations and scenarios. He loves and adores most of the staff. Outside his kennel he is friendly and gets along well with the other dogs at the hospital but again, these are animals that he has been seeing regularly. Kipp would need a quiet home with no children as they are not sure how he would do with children. He would also need a home that is able and willing to get him the training with a professional trainer that he needs to learn his behaviors and ensure that he is comfortable in his surroundings. Staying at the hospital much longer will cause him to decline as he has already been there for quite some time. If you think you have what this little guy needs, please feel free to fill out an application for him and we will forward the information along to the appropriate people after we have checked over the application as well as vet references.
